HGH

HGH research is mixed.  Some studies suggest that HGH has powerful anti aging effects—it increases muscle mass, improves mental processes, increases the sex drive, makes skin more elastic, and slows bone mass loss.  Other studies say that these effects, though provable, can also be achieved with exercise, and exercise has less risks.  Animal research suggests that HGH simply masks the symptoms of aging but ultimately shortens life. And some studies have suggested that HGH actually causes diabetes.

What studies do you believe?

It’s tough to know.  However, before you make any decisions about HGH, you need to understand what HGH is.

HGH is a hormone.  A hormone is a little chemical messenger that helps your body do certain things.  Hormones are made up of amino acids and they’re produced by the endocrine system.

HGH is a hormone produced by the pituitary gland, which is located in the center of the brain.  HGH is a complex hormone made up of 191 amino acids.

You have the most HGH when you’re in adolescence because HGH is what helps you grow.  Your body continues to produce HGH after that but only in short bursts, while you’re in deep sleep.  By the time you’re 60 years old, you’ve lost 75 percent of your HGH.

Because HGH is useful for tissue repair, muscle growth, healing, brain function, mental health, bone strength, energy and metabolism, it makes sense that it could have an anti aging effect.  And understanding that you lose so much of it by the time you’re old explains many of the symptoms of aging.

Human Growth Hormone From The Lab

Human growth hormone can be synthesized in a lab.  But creating a replica of the body’s version of human growth hormone is tough to do.  Injected forms of human growth hormone and homeopathy forms of the hormone have been created.  Both have drawbacks and both have some evidence of benefit.

A published in the New England Journal of Medicine in 1990 reported that men who had received HGH injections had a 8.8 percent gain in lean body mass with a 14 percent loss in body fat without changing their diet or activity level.  Later studies have come up with an impressive list of benefits that result from getting human growth hormone injections:

o       Increase in muscle mass

o       Decrease in fat

o       Enhanced sexuality

o       Higher energy

o       Rejuvenation of the body’s organs

o       Improved cardiac health

o       Immune system enhancement

o       Lowered blood pressure

o       Stronger bones

o       Faster healing

o       Young looking skin

o       Elimination of wrinkles and cellulite

o       Better moods

o       Improved vision

o       Increased memory retention

o       Better sleep

So with all this good stuff, what are the downsides of getting human growth hormone?  Here’s the not so good stuff:

o       A year’s supply of HGH injections can cost over $12,000, and this cost isn’t covered by insurance.

o       You can only get human growth hormone with a prescription.

o       Some studies have shown that HGH injections can result in carpal tunnel syndrome and diabetes.

Okay, but is there a safer way to get human growth hormone?

HGH supplements

HGH supplements may be the way to get the benefit of HGH without the downsides.  Keep in mind that HGH supplements have only a tiny amount of HGH.  If they had full amounts, they’d cost what injections cost, right?  The FDA says an HDH supplement is okay (i.e., not a drug) only if it has less than 2001 nanograms (ng) of HDH.

Beware, then, of HDH supplements that promise the same benefits of HDH injections.  They can’t have the same benefits because they have a fraction of the acting hormone.

But that doesn’t mean that some of these HDH supplements can’t work.  If you can find HGH supplements that have pharmaceutical grade HDH and they’re in a form that your body can assimilate, you may be on to something.

Before you try any HDH supplements, make sure the cost is reasonable, under $100 for a month’s supply, and be sure the supplement comes with a guarantee.  HDH supplements have little risk because of their low active hormone dose, but they may not have the benefit you want either.  Check the testimonial evidence before you make your decision.

HDH supplements can offer amazing anti aging benefits.  When you do you research and understand what you’re getting, you may get exactly what you want from HDH.
